Responsibilities

• Finance & Accounting: Manage financial reporting, payroll, sales reconciliation, and inventory; oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and strategic performance analysis.

• Restaurant Management: Lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain strict hygiene standards, and drive overall profitability.

• Construction Supervision: Manage daily site activities, oversee the workforce, ensure quality control, and coordinate with engineers to deliver projects as per specifications.

• Operational Excellence: Resolve on-site or operational issues efficiently while ensuring full regulatory compliance and safety.

Requirements

• Accountant/Finance Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred for Manager), with 3–4 years of specialized experience in Hospitality or F&B.

• Restaurant Manager: Degree in Hospitality Management with 3–4 years of leadership experience and strong cost-control skills.

• Construction Supervisor: 3–5 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering; must be able to read drawings and know Kuwaiti regulations.

• Residency: Candidates must be inside Kuwait only.

• Visa Status: Transferable Visa (Article 18 preferred) is required.

• Skills: Proficiency in industry-specific software, MS Excel, and strong leadership capabilities.

المسؤوليات

• المالية والمحاسبة: إدارة التقارير المالية، الرواتب، مطابقة المبيعات، ومحاسبة المخزون؛ بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على الميزانيات وتدفقات النقد والتحليل الاستراتيجي.

• إدارة المطاعم: قيادة العمليات اليومية للمطعم، ضمان تقديم تجربة استثنائية للضيوف، والحفاظ على معايير النظافة والجودة لزيادة الربحية.

• الإشراف الإنشائي: إدارة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع، الإشراف على العمالة، ضمان ضبط الجودة، والتنسيق مع المهندسين لتسليم المشاريع وفقاً للمواصفات.

• التميز التشغيلي: حل المشكلات الميدانية أو التشغيلية بكفاءة مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح السلامة والأنظمة المعمول بها.

المتطلبات

• المحاسب/المدير المالي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل (يفضل ماجستير للمدير)، مع خبرة 3-4 سنوات في قطاع الضيافة أو الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B).

• مدير المطعم: درجة في إدارة الضيافة مع خبرة 3-4 سنوات في الإدارة ومهارات قوية في ضبط التكاليف.

• مشرف الإنشاءات: خبرة 3-5 سنوات مع دبلوم أو درجة في الهندسة المدنية؛ مع القدرة على قراءة المخططات ومعرفة لوائح البناء في الكويت.

• مكان التواجد: يُشترط تواجد المتقدمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.

• حالة التأشيرة: إقامة قابلة للتحويل (يفضل مادة 18).

• المهارات: إتقان البرامج المحاسبية، وبرامج MS Excel، وامتلاك مهارات قيادية قوية.
