Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related financial field.

• Experience: Previous accounting experience is required; experience in agriculture or farm operations is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.

• Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in financial reporting.

• Location: Must be willing to relocate and reside in the Al Wafra area.

• Salary Range: 100 – 150 KD.

Responsibilities

• Petty Cash Management: Maintain and manage farm petty cash in strict accordance with company policies.

• Expenditure Review: Verify all farm expenses and invoices for accuracy before submission to the head office.

• Documentation: Ensure all purchases and payments are backed by proper supporting documents, including receipts and purchase requests.

• Financial Organizing: Collect, organize, and maintain all financial documents and records.

• Reconciliation: Coordinate with the main finance department for petty cash reconciliation and financial audits.↚

• Reporting: Prepare and send financial documents and updates as assigned by the management team.

مسئوليات

• إدارة النثرية: الحفاظ على عهدة النثرية الخاصة بالمزرعة وإدارتها وفقاً لسياسات الشركة.

• مراجعة المصروفات: مراجعة كافة مصاريف وفواتير المزرعة قبل تقديمها للمكتب الرئيسي لضمان دقتها.

• التوثيق المالي: التأكد من أن جميع المشتريات والمدفوعات مدعومة بالمستندات الصحيحة (إيصالات، طلبات شراء).

• تنظيم السجلات: جمع وتنظيم كافة المستندات والوثائق المالية والاحتفاظ بها بشكل سليم.

• المطابقة المالية: التنسيق مع القسم المالي الرئيسي لمطابقة النثرية والتدقيق المالي.

• التقارير: إرسال الوثائق المالية والتحديثات الدورية كما يتم تكليفك بها من قبل الإدارة.
