Responsibilities: 

• 1. Identify recruitment sources based on best practices and conduct search for CVs.
• 2. Actively work with Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition on Recruitment Practice & Process improvement.
• 3. Manage the Applicant Tracking System - Success Factor (SAP & EC).
• 4. Organize local and overseas recruitment drives, Campus interviews.
• 5. Prepare & coordinate with marketing team for placing ads in newspapers and other media.

Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare periodically financials, analyze various management reports for compliance to policies and submit observations to Manager Finance.
• Plan and forecast sales, inventory levels, optimal fleet size and other business parameters.
• Review business processes for efficiency, reliability and propose automation and improvements.
• Respond to routine queries on business transactions from internal and external auditors and provide appropriate explanation and justification.
