HR Manager

Why Join Us?

• The successful candidate will own and lead the HR function in Kuwait, supported by Administration, IT and Finance teams, and report directly to the Managing Director. You will play a strategic and hands-on role, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives, GAC Group standards, and Kuwait Labour Law.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company and GAC Group objectives.
• Work with management on workforce planning, talent development, and organisational growth.
•  Manage and administer HRIS, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with Kuwait Labour Law and GAC Group standards.
• Drive performance management, training programs, and career progression.
•  Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Work closely with the Administration, IT, and Finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Sales Manager

The Job

•  Effectively manage the sales team and work with them to meet set objectives.
•  Maintain a personal sales portfolio and be accountable for individual revenue contributions.
•  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
•  Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions.
•  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction.
•  Troubleshoot operational issues in coordination with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
•  Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
•  Support the Finance team by following up with customers on overdue payments and ensuring timely collections.
