Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Account Manager. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.


Proactively manage key accounts in Kuwait, fostering long-term relationships with VIP customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Oversee and strengthen the relationships with the company's most important clients, ensuring the maintenance of long-term key customers.
Develop a profound understanding of customer needs and requirements, customizing services and solutions to meet these needs effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and addressing their concerns promptly.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience and align solutions with market demands.
Lead and drive sales pipeline development within the area of responsibility, ensuring a robust pipeline and optimum hit rate.


Utilize CRM tools effectively at every stage of the sales cycle to track progress, manage customer interactions, and identify new opportunities.
Actively monitor market trends and client industries in Kuwait to adapt strategies and provide informed recommendations.
Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics and business trends to manage, forecast, and enhance sales performance.
