We are on the lookout for a Quality Control coordinator
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator.
Your responsibilities will include but would not be limited to:
• Ensure that all personnel adhere to hygiene protocols and comply with relevant regulations.
• Regularly monitor temperature logs and critical control points (CCPs) to maintain safe food handling practices.
• Check the quality of food items when they are received to guarantee they meet quality standards.
• Investigate and address customer complaints promptly to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials and products during production to ensure they meet quality criteria.
• Provide training to staff members to ensure they understand and implement quality control measures effectively.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Certifications in HACCP or related is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with food additives, allergens, and labelling requirements
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a restaurant or central kitchen.
• Article-18, transferable visa
• Available to join immediately
