Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chef. The Assistant Chef will assist the head chef in preparing meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and quality. The Assistant Chef will also be responsible for managing inventory, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
Culinary arts and food preparation skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Experience in managing inventory and kitchen operations
Experience in supervising kitchen staff
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
