Job Description
- Conduct Property Site Visits: Visits income generating properties on daily basis
- Submit Reports for Site Visits: Submit report on each property on a monthly basis.
- Monitor property manager performance & making sure that the property manager work is as per the approved operational & maintenance policies.
- Review rental contracts and update whenever needed.
- Conduct periodic area & property surveys: Provide area surveys for acquired properties on a quarterly basis and extend to properties if needed

- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
