Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor located in Kuwait City.
- The Legal Advisor will provide legal guidance on labor and employment law, prepare legal documents, and advise on legal issues.
- The Legal Advisor's daily tasks include providing legal advice to management on labor and employment matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting research on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
- Ability to prepare legal documents and provide legal advice
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working in the retail industry is a plus
