Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of customer service representatives, call centre agents, and receptionists, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and improving the customer service experience.
Qualifications
Supervisory skills and experience in managing a team
Demonstrated success in improving customer satisfaction and support
Strong knowledge of customer service management principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and resolve complex customer issues
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
For Kuwait local candidates only with valid transferable residency
Bilingual: Arabic speakers and good in English communication
