We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative store layouts and interior designs for our stores. They will lead and manage a team of design professionals, ensuring that all projects are completed within the target timeframe and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a culturally diverse team of design professionals to achieve outstanding results.
Foster creativity within the team and ensure a keen eye for designing, coordinating colors, flooring, and overall store aesthetics.
Utilize proficiency in CAD, 3DMAX, and Photoshop Illustrator to translate creative visions into tangible and visually stunning store designs.
Demonstrate expertise in material finishing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of materials and their impact on the overall design concept.
Manage project timelines effectively, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Take charge of team management, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to support the team's success.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in retail design and incorporate them into our store concepts.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that all aspects of the store design are aligned with the company's overall vision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in retail design, with a track record of successfully managing and executing projects from concept to completion.
Creative flair and a passion for innovative design concepts, with a portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects.
Proficiency in CAD, 3DMAX, and Photoshop Illustrator.
In-depth knowledge and experience in material finishing within the context of architectural design.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively guide and motivate team members.

الكفاءة في CAD، 3DMAX، وPhotoshop المصور.
