- Knows all recipes for all products as per E-Campus standard

- Corrects and supports their team to ensure perfect PQ
- Has a strong knowledge in how to Delegate Tasks and Lead Through BTC to maintain CWT

- Uses Activating-On-The-Go on a daily basis BTC
- Using Elderflower Management as a leadership tool to keep Juicers motivated and busy
- Knows all rules and deadlines for Shift planning, Shift Swap, vacation requests, etc.
- Understands the platform and how to use it, using the different tools such as Vacation, Days Off, etc
- Knows how to add tags regarding breaks, training, open/close, etc.
- Hours on Shift plan
- Understands too slow, optimal, busy and too busy hours and how/when to act on it
- Understands and uses Productivity and sales split/hour as a tool to adjust shift plans
- Understands and can explain about the BM report
- Knows how to read it and how to use it as Optics on their overall Store Performance
- Understands index and sales growth and can set a sales target using the platform as guidance, knowing how to use App Sign Ups, up sales, Loyalty Cards as a tool to increase turnover
Store Task
- Full and strong knowledge in how to use Store Tasks
- Knows and uses Delivery Reporting after every delivery with feedback and pictures
- Understands the importance of Correct Counts and how to use the Re-Count sheet re. Zero Stock, over usage, under usage and negative usage.
- Understands the importance of Ideals and how to adjust them to maintain stock within their store
- Report using Receive and Delivery Reporting knowing how to check the deliveries for mistakes and report accordingly
