Lead PHP Engineer
As a hands-on Lead PHP Engineer you will:
- formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users
- develop REST API for dashboard and mobile application (for partners and clients)
- create integration with third-party systems via API and SDK
- use code coverage with unit and integration tests
- deploy to production via Jenkins
- participate in the discussion of tasks and projects
- compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members and assist in education and training junior developers
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with PHP (version 8.1+ is good to have), MySQL and Git
- previous experience mentoring and leading technical teams
- 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of OOP, strong knowledge of basic programming patterns, PHP-FIG PSR standards and Composer
- Strong skills in Linux
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful web APIs
- Experience in writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- English language level Intermediate +
- Being a fast learner, open to changes, and having a customer-centric attitude and Agile mindset
