About the Client
- A Kuwait-based institution recognized by the Kuwait Ministry of Education and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education offering one of the best Indian System of Education.
About the Role
- To perform routine tasks necessary to administer and carry out human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes, and investigations. Prepare and process timely distribution of employee's salary, bonus, increment, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in working in Academic Institutions for at least 3 to 8 years in a similar capacity
- Ability to quickly learn the implemented HRIS and talent management systems
- Well-organized and able to prioritize and work under pressure
- Strong ability to communicate in both English and Arabic Languages (bilingual)
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications
- Must be residing in Kuwait
