Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management. Prepare and distribute employee salaries.
  • Make payments to suppliers
  • Keep a Record of Expenses
  • Maintain bills and sales data.

  • Prior office experience is a must.
