IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
WE'RE HIRING
Position: IT Technical Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide LAN support and troubleshoot network issues
- On-call technical support for local and overseas offices
- Manage IT inventory (purchase, stock issue)
- IT procurements for servers, desktops, laptops, routers, switches, software, etc.
- Handle IT data entries for purchases and stock management
- Install and maintain Windows and other company software on PCs
- Manage and monitor IT fixed assets
- Prepare reports using MS Word and Excel
Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows (10, 8, 7, Server 2008)
- Proficiency in MS Office (2016, 2013, 2010)
- Experience with user account management, NTFS permissions, file access, and roaming profiles
- Ability to configure network printers and handle networking for Windows servers
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم الدعم لـ LAN وحل مشاكل الشبكة
- دعم تقني عند الطلب للمكاتب المحلية والدولية
- إدارة مخزون تكنولوجيا المعلومات (الشراء، إصدار المخزون)
- مشتريات تكنولوجيا المعلومات للسيرفرات، أجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية، أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة، الراوترات، المحولات، البرمجيات، إلخ.
- معالجة إدخال بيانات تكنولوجيا المعلومات للطلبات والمخزون
- تثبيت وصيانة Windows وبرامج الشركة الأخرى على أجهزة الكمبيوتر
- إدارة ومراقبة أصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات الثابتة
- إعداد التقارير باستخدام MS Word وExcel
المهارات:
- معرفة بأنظمة Windows (10، 8، 7، Server 2008)
- كفاءة في MS Office (2016، 2013، 2010)
- خبرة في إدارة حسابات المستخدمين، أذونات NTFS، الوصول إلى الملفات والملفات المتنقلة
- القدرة على تكوين الطابعات الشبكية والتعامل مع شبكات خوادم Windows
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات
