Job Description

Metal Products Company is looking to add an excellent Front Desk Receptionist to our team. As a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge building material and finishes solutions, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in client-facing settings and relationship management.

Role Summary

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through administration and operations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist focused on client-facing operations, you will:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at our headquarters.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Ensure the office space is tidy and presentable, well-maintained with all necessary supplies and stationery (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Assist management whenever necessary.

Eligible Candidate Profile

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational and writing skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Approachable and friendly personality.
Customer service and client-facing experience.
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management or higher education degree is a plus.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

بصفتك موظف استقبال يركز على العمليات ذات الواجهة العميلية، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:

استقبال وترحيب الضيوف بمجرد وصولهم إلى مقرنا.
توجيه الزوار إلى الشخص والمكتب المناسبين.
الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة، وتصنيفها، وإعادة توجيهها.
تقديم المعلومات الأساسية والدقيقة شخصيًا وعبر الهاتف/البريد الإلكتروني.
استلام وفرز وتوزيع البريد/التسليمات اليومية.
أداء مهام استقبال إدارية أخرى مثل حفظ الملفات، والتصوير، والنقل، وإرسال الفاكسات.
ضمان أن تكون مساحة المكتب مرتبة ومقدمة بشكل جيد، وصيانتها مع جميع المستلزمات والقرطاسية الضرورية (مثل الأقلام والنماذج والكتيبات).
مساعدة الإدارة عند الحاجة.

ملف المرشح المؤهل

خبرة مثبتة في العمل كموظف استقبال أو ممثل مكتب استقبال أو دور مشابه.
إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office.
خبرة عملية مع معدات المكتب.
مظهر وسلوك مهني.
مهارات كتابية وشفهية قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية إلزامية.
القدرة على أن تكون موارداً ونشيطاً عند ظهور المشكلات.
مهارات تنظيمية وكتابية ممتازة.
مهارات متعددة المهام وإدارة الوقت، مع القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام.
يجب أن تكون شخصاً ودوداً وقابلاً للتواصل.
خبرة في خدمة العملاء والتعامل مع العملاء.
شهادة الثانوية العامة؛ ويُعتبر الحصول على شهادة إضافية في إدارة المكاتب أو درجة التعليم العالي ميزة
