Senior Implementation Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand complex requirements from Customer/Solution architects and translate them into technical designs and clear documentation on how value-based use cases will be implemented.
- Leverage E2open product expertise to guide clients on the solutions and configurations that will best meet their needs.
- Develop functional design specifications and technical designs. Write Process Flows and Business Blueprint documents.
- Configure E2open applications and collaborate with the technical team for the implementation of integrations and complex customizations to meet client needs.
- Lead technical discussions with the internal product/analytics team to implement complex solutions.
- Customize standard solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
- Review codes for other team members’ configurations.
- Mentor other team members in configuration and project delivery.
- Present solutions to customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues of projects that other team members are not able to solve.
- Effectively communicate a variety of information (e.g., technical details, status updates, obstacles, and challenges being faced, strategies for resolving issues, reporting, and interpretation of data) in a way that the client understands and finds meaningful.
- Collaborate regularly with global, multicultural teams both within E2open and on the client’s side.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant IT programs/courses.
- 3-6 years of technical developer experience.
- Strong SDLC understanding, including supply chain software configuration skills and business processes.
- Some exposure to Integration involving XML, API, Webservice & B2B Protocols like EDI, XML.
- Good knowledge of at least one of TMS, WMS, Customs, Logistics.
- Working knowledge of at least one E2open or similar solution (tech stack, delivery methodology, change management).
- Firm understanding of implementation best practices.
- Complex troubleshooting skills.
- Good Enterprise Software Implementation Experience.
مهندس تنفيذ أول
المسؤوليات:
- فهم المتطلبات المعقدة من العميل/مهندس الحلول وترجمتها إلى تصميمات فنية ووثائق واضحة حول كيفية تنفيذ الحالات المستخدمة المستندة إلى القيمة.
- الاستفادة من خبرة منتجات E2open لإرشاد العملاء حول الحلول والتكوينات التي ستلبي احتياجاتهم بشكل أفضل.
- تطوير مواصفات التصميم الوظيفي والتصميم الفني. كتابة تدفقات العمليات ووثائق المخطط الأساسي للأعمال.
- تكوين تطبيقات E2open والتعاون مع الفريق الفني لتنفيذ التكاملات والتخصيصات المعقدة لتلبية احتياجات العميل.
- قيادة المناقشات الفنية مع الفريق الداخلي للمنتجات/التحليلات لتنفيذ الحلول المعقدة.
- تخصيص الحلول القياسية لتلبية متطلبات العملاء المعقدة.
- مراجعة الأكواد الخاصة بتكوينات أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق الآخرين في التكوين وتسليم المشاريع.
- تقديم الحلول للعملاء.
- حل مشكلات المشاريع الفنية التي لا يستطيع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين حلها.
- التواصل الفعال لمجموعة متنوعة من المعلومات (مثل التفاصيل الفنية، التحديثات المتعلقة بالحالة، العقبات والتحديات التي يتم مواجهتها، استراتيجيات حل المشكلات، التقارير وتفسير البيانات) بطريقة يفهمها العميل ويجدها ذات مغزى.
- التعاون المنتظم مع الفرق العالمية متعددة الثقافات داخل E2open ومن جانب العميل.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة/ماجستير في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو أي برامج/دورات IT ذات صلة.
- 3-6 سنوات من الخبرة كمطور تقني.
- فهم قوي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات SDLC بما في ذلك مهارات تكوين البرمجيات في سلاسل التوريد وعمليات الأعمال.
- بعض الخبرة في التكاملات التي تشمل XML، API، Webservice وبروتوكولات B2B مثل EDI، XML.
- معرفة جيدة بأحد الأنظمة مثل TMS، WMS، الجمارك، اللوجستيات.
- معرفة عملية بإحدى حلول E2open أو الحلول المماثلة (التقنيات، منهجية التسليم، إدارة التغيير).
- فهم قوي لأفضل ممارسات التنفيذ.
- مهارات حل المشكلات المعقدة.
- خبرة جيدة في تنفيذ البرمجيات المؤسسية.
