Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates needs/requirements of all departments through open communication tools as needed or required.
- Generates purchase requisitions as per department requests.
- Processes purchase orders and follows up on deliverables until the cycle is closed with the request being honored.
- Purchase orders processed online or regularly.
- Follows up on delivery of material according to specific requirements.
- Ensures deliveries honor agreed-upon schedules.
- Follows up on the achievement of processes in delivering in accordance with purchase requisition requirements.
- Conducts market surveys to stay informed of market changes and fluctuations.
- Provides detailed reporting of all findings.
- Compiles all relevant information for the proper development of new sources of materials & suppliers.
- Handles proper filing of any request for easy access when needed by any concerned party.
- Maintains all relevant and valuable information in a proper filing system.
- Handles the processing of cost control and cost efficiency when processing or recording a purchase request.
- Acts as an alternate for colleagues when requested by management.
- Performs any duty assigned by the line manager.
- Processes any cross-training as mandated by the line.
- Complies with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.
- Works closely with suppliers ensuring that what is requested is what is sent, as per requirements, standards, and agreed-upon timetable/schedule.
- Performs scheduled stock control.
- Performs ad-hoc and spot-check control.
- Controls demands versus delivery, ensuring no overstock or understock occurs and that no waste happens.

- تنسيق احتياجات / متطلبات جميع الأقسام من خلال أدوات التواصل المفتوحة حسب الحاجة أو المتطلبات.
- إنشاء طلبات الشراء بناءً على طلبات الأقسام.
- معالجة أوامر الشراء والمتابعة مع الموردين حتى يتم إتمام الدورة مع تلبية الطلب.
- معالجة أوامر الشراء عبر الإنترنت أو بشكل منتظم.
- متابعة تسليم المواد وفقًا للمتطلبات المحددة.
- التأكد من أن عمليات التسليم تلتزم بالجداول المتفق عليها.
- متابعة تحقيق العمليات في التسليم وفقًا لمتطلبات طلب الشراء.
- إجراء استطلاعات السوق للبقاء على اطلاع بالتغيرات في السوق وتقلباته.
- تقديم تقارير مفصلة حول جميع الاكتشافات.
- تجميع جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة لتطوير مصادر جديدة للمواد والموردين.
- التعامل مع أرشفة أي طلبات لتسهيل الوصول إليها عند الحاجة من قبل أي شخص معني.
- الحفاظ على جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة والقيمة في نظام أرشفة مناسب.
- التعامل مع معالجة الرقابة على التكاليف وكفاءة التكاليف عند معالجة أو تسجيل طلب شراء.
- العمل كبديل للزملاء عند طلب الإدارة.
- أداء أي مهام يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.
- تنفيذ أي تدريب متبادل كما هو مطلوب من قبل المدير المباشر.
- الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات العمل الخاصة بشركة KDD ودولة الكويت أثناء أداء المهام.
- العمل عن كثب مع الموردين للتأكد من أن ما تم طلبه هو ما تم إرساله، وفقًا للمتطلبات والمعايير والجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.
- إجراء رقابة على المخزون حسب الجدول الزمني.
- إجراء رقابة فورية وعشوائية.
- التحكم في الطلبات مقابل التسليم، والتأكد من عدم حدوث فائض أو نقص في المخزون وعدم حدوث أي هدر.
