Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company’s objectives in Kuwait and its regional branches.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial reports in compliance with international accounting standards.
- Manage financial risks and analyze financial performance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and laws.
- Supervise cash flow management and investment strategies to maximize returns.
- Collaborate with financial teams across regional branches to ensure operational integration and unified financial goals.
- Provide financial recommendations and consulting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in large or regional companies.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA are a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple branches.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage financial teams effectively.
Location: Kuwait, with responsibilities extending to regional branches.

نبحث عن مدير مالي تنفيذي (CFO) ذو خبرة عالية لقيادة وإدارة العمليات المالية لشركة كويتية رائدة مع فروع إقليمية. هذه فرصة استثنائية للمساهمة في نمو الشركة ونجاحها المالي من خلال الإشراف على العمليات محليًا وإقليميًا.
المسئوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مالية تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة في الكويت وفروعها الإقليمية.
- الإشراف على إعداد الميزانيات والتقارير المالية بما يتوافق مع المعايير المحاسبية الدولية.
- إدارة المخاطر المالية وتحليل الأداء المالي لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة والقوانين المالية المحلية والدولية.
- الإشراف على إدارة التدفق النقدي واستراتيجيات الاستثمار لتعظيم العوائد.
- التعاون مع الفرق المالية في الفروع الإقليمية لضمان تكامل العمليات والأهداف المالية الموحدة.
- تقديم التوصيات المالية والاستشارات للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإدارة المالية، ويفضل في الشركات الكبيرة أو الإقليمية.
- شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CFA أو CMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تحليلية واستراتيجية قوية، مع القدرة على إدارة العمليات المالية المعقدة عبر الفروع المختلفة.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة مع القدرة على إدارة الفرق المالية بفعالية.
الموقع: الكويت، مع مسؤوليات تمتد إلى الفروع الإقليمية.
