People Operations Specialist
What you'll be doing:
- Manage Supersider contracts and statements of work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring seamless transitions for all Supersiders.
- Serve as an admin for our HR systems, keeping data updated and systems optimized.
- Administer health insurance and background checks for new hires and existing team members.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity across people operations.
- Build and deliver insightful reports based on people data, addressing key questions for leadership.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires, managing calendars and liaising with speakers.
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards for the People Experience team.
- Organize monthly company-wide town halls, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain and improve Zapier automations to enhance process efficiency.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously.
- Strong process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and responsive approach to collaboration.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and advanced level of proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Experience using Slack or similar instant messaging tools in a professional setting.
- Previous exposure to remote work environments, ideally supporting a global and high-volume workforce.
- Experience with Zapier and automation tools is a strong plus.

- الحفاظ على تحديث لوحات KPI لفريق تجربة الأشخاص.
- تنظيم اجتماعات Town Hall الشهرية على مستوى الشركة، مع ضمان تنفيذ سلس.
- الحفاظ على وتحسين الأتمتة عبر Zapier لتعزيز كفاءة العمليات.

- مهارات تنظيم استثنائية، مع القدرة على إدارة مهام وسير عمل متعددة في وقت واحد.
- عقلية قوية موجهة نحو العمليات، مع التركيز على التحسين المستمر والكفاءة.
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل وشغف بالحفاظ على جودة ودقة البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، مع نهج استباقي ومتجاوب في التعاون.
- إلمام بمنصات HRIS ومستوى متقدم من الكفاءة في استخدام Google Sheets للتقارير والتحليل.
- خبرة في استخدام Slack أو أدوات المراسلة الفورية المماثلة في بيئة مهنية.
- خبرة سابقة في بيئات العمل عن بُعد، ويفضل دعم القوى العاملة العالمية وعالية الحجم.
- خبرة في استخدام Zapier وأدوات الأتمتة تعتبر ميزة قوية.
