- القيادة الفنية والاستراتيجية:
- تحديد وتوجيه الاتجاه الفني في تطوير الويب وتطبيقات الهاتف المحمول والذكاء الاصطناعي والواقع المعزز والافتراضي والتكنولوجيا الناشئة.
- قيادة المناقشات المتعلقة بالهندسة المعمارية، وضمان قابلية التوسع والأمان والأداء.
- الإشراف على الجوانب التكنولوجية لتطبيق البقالة.
- القيادة والتطوير الجماعي:
- إدارة وتوجيه المطورين ومتخصصي تجربة المستخدم وواجهة المستخدم ومديري المشاريع التقنية.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل فريق تعاوني وعالي الأداء.
- إدارة الإيرادات والتكاليف:
