Job Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate a team of delivery drivers, installers and Admin staff

• Coordinate with warehouses and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement technology solutions and best practices to streamline operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordinate with Alghanim business units and Overseas suppliers to secure shipping documents well in advance prior vessels arrival.
• Prepare clearance documents prior to arrival for faster delivery of shipment to warehouse.
• Co-ordinate with the Alghanim business units and the warehouse to get the delivery schedule in time and further co-ordinate with the transport companies to deliver the shipments strictly as per the schedule and in the process reduce any demurrage payments.
• Verify all sea, land and ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents.
• Update shipment milestones daily on SCM ERP for tracking shipment status on real time basis, providing shipment visibility to the Alghanim business units through our website.
• To maintain physical filing & eFiling system with the entire original documents received along with Invoices, Cash Receipts and Delivery notes.

Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

• To lead team of labourers , Warehouseman and Sr. Warehouseman in meeting the needs of the Business  for both Inbound / Outbound Operations
• Ensure all incoming / outgoing goods are placed on the correct pallet type. 
• Carry out random inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality
• Reports to Supervisors all items that have packaging defects / damage (KPI).
• Responsible for ensuring  100% pallet label accuracy and report deviation via KPI
• Provision of  management information eg operations KPI’s to meet all reporting requirements 
• Participation in internal /external reviews as required
• Provides feedback on personnel performance which will be a support documentation for the promotion and incentives
• Support the Superior in achieving daily task targets set by Management
• Enforcing good practice amongst Team Leaders and Operations Staff 
• When required, will assume / do other warehouse role  / activities as per Management / Superior’s requirement

Supply Chain Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
• Developed inventory policies and established accountability for tactical and strategic results through effective reporting, monitoring and cross-functional engagement.

• Verify all ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents.
• To keep the Internal tracking system updated at all times for providing shipment visibility to the Alghanim business units.
• To keep the systems updated at all times with all the available information and data.
• To maintain the present filing system with the entire original and copy documents received along with payment advises and receipts

• التنسيق مع وحدات أعمال الغانم والمستودعات للحصول على جدول التسليم في الوقت المحدد والتنسيق بشكل أكبر مع شركات النقل لتسليم الشحنات بدقة وفقًا للجدول الزمني وفي هذه العملية تقليل أي مدفوعات غرامات تأخير.
• التحقق من جميع رسوم الشحن البحري والبري والبحري وشركات الشحن في الوقت المحدد من تاريخ استلام المستندات.
• تحديث مراحل الشحن يوميا على نظام SCM ERP لتتبع حالة الشحنة في الوقت الحقيقي، وتوفير رؤية الشحنة لوحدات أعمال الغانم من خلال موقعنا على الإنترنت.

• المشاركة في المراجعات الداخلية / الخارجية حسب الحاجة
• يقدم ملاحظات حول أداء الموظفين والتي ستكون بمثابة وثيقة دعم للترقية والحوافز
• دعم الرئيس في تحقيق أهداف المهام اليومية التي تحددها الإدارة

• التنسيق مع وحدات أعمال الغانم والمستودعات للحصول على جدول التسليم في الوقت المحدد والتنسيق بشكل أكبر مع شركات النقل لتسليم الشحنات بدقة وفقًا للجدول الزمني وفي هذه العملية تقليل أي مدفوعات غرامات تأخير.
• التحقق من جميع رسوم الشحن البحري وشركات الشحن ضمن الوقت المحدد من تاريخ استلام المستندات.
