2. Senior Capacity Planning Engineer:
- a) Predicts IT resource requirements to meet service level agreements while minimizing cost. Analyzes service levels and resource usage and aligns capacity requirements with business demands.
- b) Plans hardware and software purchases, plans upgrades and consolidates servers. Matches capacity to business needs and makes the most efficient use of resources to avoid capacity shortages or wasteful underutilization.
- c) Performs Capacity modeling (analytic modeling). Analyzes management needs regarding use of IT equipment or operations and processes.
- d) Participates in budget planning, implementation, and monitoring for purchase and maintenance of hardware and software.
- e) Records and maintains hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing. Utilizes extensive knowledge of systems analysis.
- f) Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
Qualification
- University Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum Experience Requirement in Years
- 12 years'' experience, with at least 6 years as a Systems
Analyst. 5 to 7 years'' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Must have full life- cycle experience of scoping, analyzing, planning, designing, implementing, testing and releasing enterprise scale Application systems. Network and communications planning experience a plus. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities; Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess information technology and capacity requirements; Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management; Ability to make financial evaluations and proposals regarding current and/or future hardware and software capabilities/requirements; Knowledge of a broad range of relevant multi-user computer systems, applications, and/or equipment; Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise; Ability to design, develop, and implement integrated hardware/software systems solutions to organizational requirements.
Hands on experience on Tivoli desirable.

3. IT Business Specialist:
- a) Interact with business users to provide technical and business support, apply business expertise and engineering abilities to understand organizational IT requirements.
- b) Collect and analyse business requirements and recommend relevant solutions that align with the Group and Company approved strategies.
- c) Build effective cooperation and communication for the purpose of supporting the overall plans of the Team.
- d) Monitor Team business changes as required to ensure that plans remain up to date and valid.
- e) Conduct business process analysis, business impact analysis and risk assessment from business continuity perspective to identify areas of improvement and support the business decision-making process.
- f) Prepare and review business proposals and contracts as needed.
- g) Collaborate with the Team members to develop and analyse opportunities for meeting the Group plans.
- h) Develop analysis-based recommendations that identify and facilitate solutions that represent potential future opportunities.
- i) Prepare and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on the latest IT business trends/topics.
Qualification
- University Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ MIS or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum Experience Requirement in Years
- a) 15+ years with at least 7 years of business administration and technology experience in a similar large environment.
- b) Demonstrable knowledge in Business Models, Business Processes, Information Technology Trends, Business Continuity and Information Security Principles, in addition to Contracts’ management
- c) Other Special Requirements:

4. Senior Cost Management & Contracts Analyst:
- a) Plans, coordinates, prepares, monitors and controls IT Group''s Annual Operating and Capital Budgets within the framework of company''s guidelines, policies and procedures. Exercises administrative and financial controls over all IT Contracts from inception till expiry of the contracts.
- b) Plans and implements a robust mechanism for establishing funds requirements for the ongoing financial year as well as forecasting of Operating Budget for consecutive years, based on the on-going contracts.
- c) Coordinates with all IT Teams and prepares Operating Budget for the next financial year and forecast for following years as per company''s directives. Prepares detailed justifications in support of the proposed budget and participates in related meetings conducted by Financial Services group.
- d) Coordinates with all IT teams for preparation of Capital Budget Proposals, evaluation, approval of Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs), phasing of expenditure, Contract Financial Approvals (CFAs), closing of projects, preparation of Asset Reports and other associated tasks.
- e) Provides financial information to Contracts Analysts for preparation of Tenders, Adjustment Orders, Material Requests, Service Orders, Low Value Contracts and posting expenses accordingly.
- f) Ensures that both the Operating & Capital Budget projections are in line with the Group''s planned Operation & Maintenance activities as well the latest Action Plan.
- g) Develops financial and statistical reporting structure and the corresponding financial and management reports for analysis. Devises and implements strategies and policies to improve financial performance, in coordination with other IT Team Leaders.
- h) Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for analysis and review by the management. Assistsin development and implementation of strategies and policies to improve financial performance.
- i) Provides support to senior and IT Team Leaders to process contract expiry notification.
- j) Prepares reports on Back charges services provided to K- Companies m coordination with different IT Team and submit to Employee Accounts.
- k) Plans, advises, coordinates with requesting teams and supervises preparation of Tender documents for availing new services and I or renewal of existing services. Coordinates with respective Contracts teams for tendering, evaluation, award and adjustment orders for all the IT contracts.
- l) Provides comprehensive contracts advisory services to support the contracts engineers/ supervisors by way of advising on contractual, administrative and financial matters. Supervises and approves contracts, invoices and payments in line with contractual obligations stipulated in the contracts.
- m) Oversee the direct procurement activities for the IT Group related to capital and expense budgets.
- n) Ensures updating of Financial and Contracts databases for preparation and presentation of monthly/ quarterly and year-end reports along with detailed justifications for variances. Also, designs and implements procedures for more efficient reporting.
- o) Liaises with relevant Financial and Operational Planning teams as well as Contracts teams for closely following up various issues related to IT Budgets and Contracts.
Qualification
Diploma/ University Degree (3 years) in Commerce preferable.
Minimum Experience Requirement in Years
- a) 10+ years of experience in Budget preparation for Corporates.
- b) 7+ years of experience in Procurement of IT related material and equipment.
- c) 6+ years of experience in Contract Management.
- d) Experience in MS Office, Excel, Access, Project Planning tools.
- e) Experience in working with inventory systems, Oracle ERP , IBM Maximo , Document Imaging Management System (DIMS), SAP (Crystal Reports), Project Gateway System.
5. Senior Contracts Engineer:
- a) Development of Specifications for Enterprise Information Technology Group''s needs.
- b) Planning, design, development of project technical and contract specifications, Scope of Works/ Services (SCOW), tender package, bid evaluation (commercial and technical), meetings with KOCPC, recommendation for contract award, review and approval of contractor document submittals and design drawings, supervision of works executed by the contractors, participation in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning and Performance Acceptance Tests (PAT) and handover.
- c) Ensure contracts compliance with legal statutes and adhere to all terms agreed by the contractors, vendors and suppliers concerned. Play key part in all procedures relating to tendering, contract evaluation, contract administration and
- claims negotiate Encompassing all telecom projects and work packages.
- d) Discuss, draft and present complex contractual, legal and pricing issues, prepare contractual documents as required at every stage of the contract process from prequalification to contract closeout and manage contracts from prequalification through to contract close-out.
- e) Evaluate tenders and quotation responses, make educated recommendations for the award of contracts, draft and negotiate terms and agreements with all vendors and suppliers, streamline and improve contract management processes.
- f) Oversee certain pre and post contract phases of the project and work closely with the team responsible for the cost control duties with less association with procurement procedures.
- g) Pre and post award activities with a good understanding of materials management and expediting.
- h) Review all documentation issued to the contractor and advise the project manager and contracts manager where such documentation may result in a contractual impact, assist the contracts manager in the resolution of contract disputes.
- i) Responsible for ensuring the necessary quality management, expediting, cost management and engineering requirements pertinent to the management of the contract or required to ensure that contract obligations are met.
- j) Providing a review of the project contract and procurement management activities and ensuring that the client''s contractual risks are managed to acceptable outcomes.
- k) Assess, reviews, and advise project manager and contracts manager in respect of contractor claims for variations, progress claims and extensions of time, prepare and manage agreement of contract variations.
- l) Review all documentation in respect of contractor claims for variations, progress claims and extensions of time.
- m) Review all contract and quality documents, provide the project manager and contracts manager with updates on contractor performance, preparing reports.
- n) Resource management of the contracts and procurement team including personnel management, mentoring and training.
- o) Compilation of annual capital and revenue budgets, coordination with Budget and Control Teams for Work Breakdown Structures and issue of subtasks. Preparation of Adjustment Orders, CFAs and AFEs.
Qualification
- University Degree in Computer/Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ any Engineering discipline.

- a) 10+ years frontline Project Management for all forms of Enterprise Information Technology, Architecture, Governance, Capacity
- Management, Service Management Processes and Telecommunications.
- b) Vast experience in formulation/ review of Tender documents inclusive of all process from Pre-qualification to Contract close-out.
