Risk Management Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the annual promotional plan for risk management services
- Assist in reviewing the content of webpages of the risk management services
- Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for clients
- Assist in preparing engagement letters for clients
- Assist in executing risk management engagements for clients
- Assist in preparing periodic internal reports
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to them by the direct manager
- Overall, assist in executing risk management service engagements in efficient and effective manner and proactively escalate all issues and challenges to the higher position on a regular basis.
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Experience:
10 years of experience in HR consulting, out of which 5 years in international audit firms
Job duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Advise on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Design compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct job analysis, benchmarking, and job description creation.
