Mall Supervisor
Job Description
As a Mall Supervisor, you will be expected to manage the day to day relationship with investors. Provide extraordinary customer services to ensure a great customer experience is achieved.
- Conduct routine common area site inspection (internal & external) and communicate all findings to the concerned Department in order to ensure the highest quality assurance standards are maintained.
- Monitor and support Retail Design & Delivery plans, Marketing and Specialty Leasing activities in the Mall.
- Conduct routine investor’s inspections and follow up to make sure all relevant issues are resolved.
- Constantly conduct a mall walk to ensure all investors are operating as per the Mall rules and standards and that all compliance standards are met.
- Supervise and coordinate with security to ensure all loading docks are operated as per the Mall rules and standards.
- Supervise installation in common areas when needed in order to ensure that the contractor is implementing Mall rules and standards.
- Inspect units that are fitting out to ensure all fire and safety requirements are followed.
- Conduct proper induction for the contractor for all projects on site.
- Prepare inventory reports as per the frequency scheduled.
- Ensure all back service corridor, fire escape route and staircase are kept clean and free from any obstacles.
- Monitor contractual obligations of outsourced Security and Housekeeping staff and report any non-compliance issues.
- Provide professional customer Service to investors, employees and customers.
Security Supervisor
Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security services
- Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development of self and team.
- Knowledge of mall security equipment such as CCTV, Fire alarm systems, Security alarm systems, access control systems, etc.
- Well versed in investigative techniques, procedures and requirements. Knowledge of local laws, law enforcement.
- Preferably bilingual candidate
- Very Good written / spoken English
- Candidate should be willing to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts.
- Candidate should be ok to work at Al Kout Mall.

- الإشراف والتنسيق مع الأمن لضمان تشغيل جميع أرصفة التحميل وفقًا لقواعد ومعايير المركز التجاري.
- الإشراف على التركيب في المناطق المشتركة عند الحاجة للتأكد من أن المقاول ينفذ قواعد ومعايير المركز التجاري.
- فحص الوحدات التي يتم تجهيزها للتأكد من اتباع جميع متطلبات السلامة من الحرائق.
- إجراء التوجيه المناسب للمقاول لجميع المشاريع في الموقع.
- إعداد تقارير المخزون حسب التردد المقرر.
- تأكد من إبقاء جميع ممرات الخدمة الخلفية ومسارات الهروب من الحرائق والسلالم نظيفة وخالية من أي عوائق.
- مراقبة الالتزامات التعاقدية لموظفي الأمن والتدبير المنزلي الخارجيين والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات عدم الامتثال.
- توفير خدمة عملاء احترافية للمستثمرين والموظفين والعملاء.
المشرف الأمني
مهارات
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الخدمات الأمنية
- يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات تنظيمية وعرضية وشخصية ممتازة.
- يجب أن يكون لديك إحساس قوي بالملكية لتحقيق أهداف القسم ومتابعة التطوير المهني للذات والفريق.
- المعرفة بمعدات أمن مراكز التسوق مثل CCTV، وأنظمة إنذار الحريق، وأنظمة الإنذار الأمني، وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول، وما إلى ذلك.
- - على دراية جيدة بأساليب التحقيق وإجراءاته ومتطلباته. المعرفة بالقوانين المحلية وإنفاذ القانون.
- يفضل أن يكون مرشح ثنائي اللغة
- اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة / تحدث جيدة جدًا
