Duties and Responsibilities
- Systematically defines, develops, monitors, and refines asset maintenance strategies using reliability centered maintenance (RCM) methodology generating value added preventive & predictive maintenance tasks and strategic spare part definition.
- Conduct reliability analyses based on RCM and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to identify the underlying causes of failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze equipment performance data, including failure data, maintenance records, and equipment histories, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
