Responsibilities
Strategic:
- Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the ASG IT strategic objectives.
- Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
- Recommend annual strategy in areas of SAP to best fit within the Group.
Operational:
- Monitor the implementation and support of SAP Service delivery modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall technological performance.
- Establish the design, configuration, and test scenarios in various Service processes.
- Assess the current business processes and technological scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s need.
- Monitor the successful implementation of identified modules, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Manage projects and SAP Business All-In-One implementations and ensure successful completion, including the technical user documentation, implementation, and support.
- Monitor database structure, Jobs, and standardization of code (Procedure, Triggers, Functions, and scripting) along with complete documentation.
- Conduct complex or novel assignments due to the development of new or improved procedures.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports detailing project implementation processes.
- Assess, investigate, analyze, and resolve escalated software problems and map the client’s business requirements, processes, and objectives; Review and develop necessary product enhancements/modifications to suit clients' requirements.
- Monitor critical project situations and provide practical and cost-efficient solutions to meet the project deadlines.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technologies and best practices.

Job Summary/Purpose:
Assistant Senior Information Systems Internal Auditor assists in the development of an annual Information Systems (IS) audit plan to facilitate Al Sayer Group Holding protect its internal controls and data within its technology system, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of Information System controls and safeguard sensitive information by identifying weaknesses in the system's network and recommend controls to prevent any security breaches.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and upgrade of the IS annual audit plan to help protect the organization's data, systems, and networks.
- Examine internal IT controls and assist in the evaluation of the operational effectiveness, determining exposure to risk, and recommending remedial measures.
- Execute IS audit programs, identify audit findings, and control deficiencies.
- Support all audit findings with sufficient evidentiary matter.
- Perform special IS audit assignments and provide recommendations.
- Discuss audit findings with relevant staff and management to ensure validity of points and clear any possible ambiguities.
- Review, evaluate, and test application controls.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business and system processes.
- Evaluate the adequacy of the corrective action to improve deficient conditions.
- Support the internal audit team in all IT-related issues.
- Participate in the change management process.

- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.

Job Summary/Purpose:
Serves customers by greeting, welcoming, directing, and timely responding to any of their inquiries either through telephone or in person.
Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors/customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Assists customers by issuing token numbers for the queueing system or notifying the concerned Service Advisor if the customer has an appointment.
- Keeps a safe and clean, well-organized reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations in line with the ASG facility standards.
- Answers customer inquiries in a timely manner through telephone by complying with ASG telephone standards and routes the calls appropriately if needed.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Updates customer files in the designated system if changes are required.
- Conducts necessary follow-up with spare parts staff & customers in regard to the Special-Order Parts Handling (SOPH).
- Records any customer complaints either through telephone or in person in the designated systems.
- Provides administrative/clerical support for the operation where assigned.
- Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures wherever applicable.
