Middle School/High School Science Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to national and school guidelines.
- Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers.
- Establishing classroom, lab, and field trip rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them.
- Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments.
- Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who are struggling.
- Ensuring all permission slips are signed in a timely manner and acting as a field trip chaperone when required.
- Grading papers, updating records, and handling various administrative tasks.
- Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns.
- Participating in other school activities and regularly communicating with parents.
- Teach Science to groups of students of all abilities across years 6 – 12.
- Ensure that all lessons are planned with clear aims and objectives.
Curriculum Coordinator
Qualifications:
- A/M.S.
- Experience in cooperative learning strategies
- Knowledge and experience of the accreditation process.
- Previous teaching and/or administrative experience in an International School.
- 5 years of practical teaching experience.
- Proven administrative skills and leadership abilities.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration across school divisions and content areas.
Middle School Principal
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily management of the school and office.
- Oversees educators in the school, providing periodic observations and evaluations that are timely and constructive and completed based on the timetables set by the school district.
- Offers additional training and guidance as necessary based on evaluations of professional staff.
MSHS Counselor
Responsibilities:
- Advises and counsels students regarding academic, educational, and short-term social and emotional problems.
- Remains universally accessible and makes an effort to know every student for whom they are responsible.
- Provides individual student planning and responsive services to support students and their families regarding academic matters.
- Teaches guidance classes and provides guidance counseling to students through planned activities in small group or classroom settings to convey educational, social, and important school information, and offers workshops/seminars for parents.
- Consults, facilitates, and maintains communication with parents, teachers, administrators, and pertinent agents on specific student and parent academic and educational matters including academic modifications and/or accommodations.
- Provides feedback and recommends appropriate action and solutions to individual student’s academic and educational needs and abilities.
- Assists students/parents in understanding school policies and procedures.
- Provides brief counseling to address social and emotional concerns and appropriately refers students to behavioral health specialists.
- Communicates, coordinates, and collaborates with behavioral health specialists in developing and implementing student supports.
- Supports and attends appropriate student activities and events.
- Evaluating students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, interviews, and individual planning
- Identifying issues that affect school performance, such as poor classroom attendance rates

Responsibilities:

المسؤوليات:
- تصميم وتطوير وتقديم خطط الدروس والمناهج الدراسية عالية الجودة التي تلتزم بالمبادئ التوجيهية الوطنية والمدرسية.
- إعداد التقييمات المناسبة وتقديم ردود فعل مفيدة للطلاب وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين الآخرين.
- وضع القواعد واللوائح الخاصة بالفصول الدراسية والمختبرات والرحلات الميدانية والتأكد من أن جميع الطلاب يفهمون ما هو متوقع منهم.
- إعداد العروض التوضيحية ومساعدة الطلاب والإشراف عليهم أثناء إجراء التجارب.
- توفير الموارد الإضافية والدعم والتدخلات للطلاب الذين يواجهون صعوبات.
- ضمان توقيع جميع أوراق التصاريح في الوقت المناسب والعمل كمرافق للرحلة الميدانية عند الحاجة.

المسؤوليات الإشرافية:
- يشرف على الإدارة اليومية للمدرسة والمكتب.
- يشرف على المعلمين في المدرسة، ويقدم ملاحظات وتقييمات دورية في الوقت المناسب وبنّاءة ويتم إكمالها على أساس الجداول الزمنية التي تحددها منطقة المدرسة.

المسؤوليات:
