Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Housekeeping or Spa department.
• Good organization skills.
• Refined verbal communication skills.

Front Desk Agent (Arabic Speaker)

Summary
You will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to customers, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1-year work experience in hotel operations.
• Preferably bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
• Flexibility in working shifts.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Talent Acquisition Manager
