We Are Hiring: Assistant Storekeeper
Are you experienced in F&B storekeeping and looking for your next career opportunity? Join our team as an Assistant Storekeeper and contribute to the efficient management of our inventory and stock!
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in using FMC (Fidelio Material Control) software.
- Manage purchase requisitions, issue transfers, and enter purchase invoices within the FMC system.
- Effectively maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Organize food stock according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to prevent expiration.
- Identify near-expiry and non-moving items.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and perform monthly stock checks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B storekeeping is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of FMC software and inventory management processes.
- Ability to manage stock levels efficiently and organize items based on FIFO principles.

المسئوليات:
- إتقان استخدام برنامج FMC (Fidelio Material Control).
- إدارة طلبات الشراء، إصدار التحويلات، وإدخال فواتير الشراء ضمن نظام FMC.
- الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون الأدنى والأقصى بفعالية.
- تنظيم المخزون الغذائي وفقًا لمبادئ FIFO (أولاً في، أولاً خارج) لمنع الانتهاء من الصلاحية.
- تحديد العناصر التي تقترب من تاريخ الانتهاء والعناصر غير المتحركة.
- إجراء جرد مادي ومراجعات شهرية للمخزون.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في تخزين المواد الغذائية والمشروبات ضرورية.
- معرفة قوية ببرنامج FMC وإجراءات إدارة المخزون.
- القدرة على إدارة مستويات المخزون وتنظيم العناصر بناءً على مبادئ FIFO.
