Division Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the division’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability within the division.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and optimize procurement processes.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all operations meet quality and safety standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize performance metrics and KPIs to analyze operational trends and prepare reports for senior management.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and corporate governance policies.

- الإدارة التشغيلية: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للقسم، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وأنظمة الصناعة.
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تشغيلية لتعزيز الإنتاجية والكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- القيادة الجماعية: قيادة وتوجيه فريق من المديرين والموظفين، وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي.
- تحسين العمليات: تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات لتحسين الجودة وتقليل النفايات وزيادة الكفاءة.
- الإدارة المالية: مراقبة الميزانيات، والتحكم في التكاليف، وتعزيز الربحية داخل القسم.
- إدارة سلسلة التوريد والمخزون: التنسيق مع الموردين وإدارة مستويات المخزون وتحسين عمليات الشراء.
- مراقبة الجودة: التأكد من أن جميع العمليات تلبي معايير الجودة والسلامة بما يتوافق مع لوائح الصناعة.
- رضا العملاء: العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات وخدمة العملاء للحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
- تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير: استخدام مقاييس الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتحليل الاتجاهات التشغيلية وإعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا.
