Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person, ensuring exceptional service from first contact to follow-up
- Provide detailed, knowledgeable answers about dermatology treatments, cosmetic procedures, pricing, product recommendations, and appointment availability
- Understand and communicate treatment protocols, pre/post-care instructions, and package options
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other departments to ensure accurate scheduling and a seamless patient experience
- Follow up with leads and past clients to encourage return visits and build loyalty
- Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and patient data entry across platforms (CRM, EMR, booking systems)

- تقديم إجابات مفصلة وواعية حول علاجات الأمراض الجلدية، والإجراءات التجميلية، والأسعار، وتوصيات المنتجات، وتوافر المواعيد
- فهم بروتوكولات العلاج والتواصل بشأنها، وتعليمات ما قبل/ما بعد الرعاية، وخيارات الحزمة
- التعاون مع الأطباء والمعالجين والأقسام الأخرى لضمان جدولة دقيقة وتجربة سلسة للمريض
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين والعملاء السابقين لتشجيع الزيارات المتكررة وبناء الولاء
- التعامل مع مخاوف العملاء أو شكواهم بالتعاطف والاحترافية، وتصعيدها إلى الإدارة عند الضرورة
- الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة وإدخال بيانات المرضى عبر المنصات (CRM، EMR، أنظمة الحجز)
