* Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- - Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- - Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- - Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
