  • - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • - Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
  • - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • - Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
  • - Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
