Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, macaroons, cookies, bread, and other pastries.
- Follow traditional and modern recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are ready for sale.
- Collaborate with the team to create new pastry items and improve existing recipes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, both traditional and modern.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for pastries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
