About Dar Al Shifa Hospital
In 1963, Dar Al Shifa Hospital (DASH) was established as the first private hospital in the State of Kuwait. Originally, it was a maternity hospital located in Sharq, Kuwait city. Since that time, the hospital became a leading healthcare organization in the region.
In 2003, shift in location allowed for an increase in both the inpatient beds and the outpatient clinics and eventually boosted the capacity to serve a wider segment of the population.
Dar Al Shifa Hospital is 230 bedded accredited facility constitutes of inpatient rooms (Imperial, Royal, Junior and Standard), labour rooms, neonatal units, Intensive Care Units, Operation Theatres, Emergency Room, Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, Outpatient clinics and sub-specialized medical/surgical fields. Also, it has well-equipped ancillary services with the latest technologies.
Over the last few years, DASH has proved itself as a trustworthy organization in which patient/family-centred care is provided through a competent and diverse team of health care professionals utilizing the latest technology and applying evidence-based practices. Another significant achievement of DASH is attaining recognized international accreditation and awards from Accreditation Canada and the American College of Radiology. Also has been the first in the country to attain of HIMSS 7 certification for inpatient and outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops strategic and operational plans for the departmental functions.
- Deploys successful marketing campaigns, social media and digital initiatives, website management, loyalty programs and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Produces valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Builds strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepares and monitors the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds by adhering to the approved budget.
- Oversees various functions of the department and approves marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyzes consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Establishes realistic and challenging operational goals/ objectives for the team/department.
- Leads & manages the marketing team to execute new concepts and achieve objectives.
