Senior Marketing Specialist (1802)
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
- Develops & innovates efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Creates and oversees campaigns related to international health days.
- Organizes and oversees advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Plans advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social media, print, etc.) and organizes events and product exhibitions.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials such as (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Collaborates with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Contributes to the implementation of any new functionality or enhancements to social networks and assures consistent brand presence and reputation.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Ensures safety standards (occupational and patient safety) are complied.
- Work closely with medical heads of department to initiate specific marketing campaigns for new services and technologies.
- Provides or promotes person centered care.
- Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs.
- Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed.
Laboratory Technician (369)
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
- Responsible for running initiation protocols, calibration protocols, bi/tri level-controls on various laboratory analyzers at scheduled time prior to running patient samples
- Performs daily maintenance of machines and logging in the appropriate logs.
- Carries duties in all general laboratory sections including biochemistry, hematology, clinical pathology, blood banking, and hormone units.
- Reconstitutes reagents, loads them to the analyzers and maintains the log for date of opening of new reagents.
- Checksthe stock and expiry dates of laboratory reagents.
- Proper preparation of patient samples and running the test protocols.
- Validates patient results, after applying the required checks
- Verifies internal QC by checking Levey Jennings charts.
- Runs external proficiency testing samples and shares in investigating causes for unaccepted results.
- Prepares SOP for different laboratory processes.
- Follows the bloodbank policy and required documentations for receiving and issuing blood and blood products
- Prepares samples for shipment to outside laboratories for tests not performed locally.
- Prepares different types of smears and wet mounts
- Participates in the departmental and inter-disciplinaryactivities and CME programs.
- Notifiesthe critical values to the medical staff and documented in special log sheet.
Room Service Attendant / Waitresses (1732)
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
- Serves food and beverages to patient, patient’s family and visitors daily for all meals. (Takes the menu, communicates to kitchen, delivers the food, arranges, sets up and clears the table).
- Communicates patients and companion’s food likes, dislikes and allergies accurately to the kitchen & ensure kitchen compliance before service.
- Maintains Royal & Imperial Rooms’ inventory which is required to check after each discharge.
- Cleans & sanitizes food & beverage service utensils after patients or family use and after room discharge.
- Ensures complementary services are delivered to patient’s room.
- Responds promptly, appropriately, and professionally to patient/family perceptions of and needs for care and services.
- Responds to requests for information promptly and refers the patient/family’s concern to appropriate hospital personnel immediately.
- Act fast and take ownership for guests complain.
- Communicates the patient’s need for assistance to nurses in need of moving out of bed to prevent accidents or transport non-ambulatory patient with wheelchair.
- Manages food & beverage service for special hospital or patients’ events.
- Ensures safety standards (occupational and patient safety) are complied.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority.
- Ensure the amenities are place in all the discharge room after the room is clean by the House Keeping.
- Refilling the Amenities daily.
- Physical Demands: Need to stand minimum 8 hours duty and to carry heavy trays of juices.
Embryologist (743)
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
- Responsible for Sperm freezing and thawing.
- Evaluates sperm morphology.
- Ensures proper labeling for all samples for processing.
- Responsible for sperm wash techniques (Swim-up and Density gradient) for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI).
- Assists in Testicular Sperm Retrieval procedure.
- Responsible for Sperm sample preparation of TESA and TESE and their freezing and thawing.
- Evaluates integrity of Culture media.
- Responsible to do the census of Supplies and Consumables (weekly and monthly).
- Responsible to do the data entry for IVF /Andrology results.
- Follow up the freezing samples for Embryos and Sperm (like renewal or discarding and daily checking LN2 levels for storage tanks).
- Works according to the established standards of patient care and safety.
- Works on self; professional development throughout self-training programs and readings, attending trainings / courses as provided to improve the professional communications.
