MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
We are an established engineering consultancy firm looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help strengthen our brand and support business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring experience in marketing, social media management, and administrative support, while also being comfortable representing the company in meetings with external partners and collaborators.
This role will focus on managing our social media presence, executing marketing strategies, and contributing to outreach and collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design engaging and professional content for all social media platforms using Photoshop or other editing/design tools
- Manage and update the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with consistent branding and messaging
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies suited to the engineering and consultancy sector
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new opportunities
- Attend external meetings with potential clients, partners, and collaborators to explore business opportunities
- Propose fresh, creative ideas to support marketing and business development initiatives
- Support the team with administrative duties related to marketing and project coordination

نحن شركة استشارية هندسية راسخة نبحث عن منسق تسويق ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مبدع ومتحمس لدعم تطوير العلامة التجارية وتعزيز جهود تطوير الأعمال. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة في التسويق، إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والدعم الإداري، بالإضافة إلى الراحة في تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات مع الشركاء والمتعاونين الخارجيين.
ستركز هذه الوظيفة على إدارة وجودنا على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق، والمساهمة في الفرص الخاصة بالتواصل والتعاون.
المسئوليات الرئيسية:
- إنشاء وتصميم محتوى جذاب واحترافي لجميع منصات الوسائط الاجتماعية باستخدام الفوتوشوب أو أدوات التصميم/التعديل الأخرى
- إدارة وتحديث حسابات الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (لينكد إن، إنستغرام، إلخ) مع الحفاظ على التناسق في العلامة التجارية والرسائل
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق المناسبة لقطاع الاستشارات والهندسة
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين لاكتشاف الاتجاهات الصناعية والفرص الجديدة
- حضور الاجتماعات الخارجية مع العملاء المحتملين والشركاء والمتعاونين لاستكشاف فرص الأعمال
- اقتراح أفكار جديدة ومبدعة لدعم مبادرات التسويق وتطوير الأعمال
- دعم الفريق بالمهام الإدارية المتعلقة بالتسويق وتنسيق المشاريع
