HR Business Partner (HRBP)- Middleeast
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and provide practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

المؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور أخصائي موارد بشرية أو متخصص في الموارد البشرية، مع فهم قوي لممارسات الموارد البشرية.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل والامتثال للموارد البشرية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية والفرنسية (تحدثا وكتابة).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة المؤكدة على إدارة قضايا العلاقات المعقدة للموظفين وتقديم حلول عملية.
- مهارات قوية في الإدارة التنظيمية والمشاريع.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الخطى.
