- Maintain high standards of student behavior and achievement, creating a conducive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and share best practices.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تدريس فصول المرحلة الابتدائية (المستوى 1-6)، وضمان بيئة تعليمية إيجابية ومحفزة.
- تقديم دروس جذابة ومتميزة تدعم التطور الأكاديمي والعاطفي والاجتماعي للطلاب.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من سلوك الطلاب وإنجازاتهم، وخلق بيئة صفية مواتية.
- التعاون مع الزملاء لتحسين ممارسات التدريس بشكل مستمر ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات.
- المساهمة في المجتمع المدرسي الأوسع من خلال الأنشطة والمبادرات اللامنهجية.
