What You Will Do:
- Provide an enjoyable, relaxed, and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to the changing room and treatment room, ensuring all rooms are set up and fully stocked according to company standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Perform all facial and body treatments according to Four Seasons protocols, demonstrating knowledge of all Spa products and services.
- Customize services to ensure peace and relaxation for each guest.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests.
- Report any complaints to the management team and upsell Spa products in line with guest needs and sales targets.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
- Proven knowledge and experience with aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, Swedish massage, and other treatments.
- A valid license and proper qualifications are required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A team-oriented attitude and an outgoing, can-do approach to all tasks.

Engineering Technician - Female
What You Will Do:
- Implement preventative maintenance and update logs for equipment.
- Diagnose and assist with repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, etc., throughout the hotel.
- Respond to service requests for maintenance in guest rooms or public areas.
- Handle emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
- Maintain an organized department and clean all stations, grease traps, plumbing, and more.
- Install or relocate equipment when necessary and assist with energy conservation programs.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience as a technician in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
