Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in line with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and control expenses related to the project to ensure forecasts and budgets are met.
- Manage procurement activities for contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct team briefings and ensure all aspects of the project are understood by all parties involved.
- Implement and follow safety standards and procedures according to contract requirements.
- Report and interact with other departments and clients to ensure production schedules are met.
- Act as a liaison with contractors and clients, managing work interfaces and project scope.
- Float enquiries, select equipment as per specifications, and negotiate with manufacturers.
- Execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and time frames.
- Perform verification testing, analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve designs.
- Conduct risk analysis and take immediate corrective measures.
- Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to the manager.
- Responsible for obtaining approvals from relevant authorities like MPW, MEW, Kuwait Fire Department, etc.
- Prepare bills and claims and work with the planning engineer for updates.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to project plans and adheres to QA/QC standards.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible Project Management roles, preferably in the MEP industry.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and creative skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Proven expertise in Project Planning & Team Management.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراقبة وتوزيع المهام على مهندسي المواقع بما يتماشى مع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- الإشراف على النفقات المتعلقة بالمشروع وضمان تلبية التوقعات والميزانيات.
- إدارة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتوريدات والعقود وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
- إجراء اجتماعات الفريق لضمان فهم جميع الأطراف المعنية لجميع جوانب العمل.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة معايير السلامة وفقًا لمتطلبات العقد وإرشادات الشركة.
- التفاعل مع الأقسام الأخرى والعملاء لضمان التزام جداول الإنتاج.
- التواصل مع المقاولين والعملاء لإدارة واجهات العمل وتوسيع نطاق المشروع.
- طرح الاستفسارات، اختيار المعدات حسب المواصفات، والتفاوض مع المصنعين.
- تنفيذ المشاريع وفقًا للمواصفات والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية.
- إجراء اختبارات تحقق وتحليل وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين التصاميم.
- إجراء تحليل المخاطر واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية الفورية.
- إعداد تقارير تقدم المشروع الأسبوعية وتقديمها للمدير.
- المسؤولية عن الحصول على الموافقات من الجهات الحكومية مثل MPW، MEW، إدارة الإطفاء الكويتية، إلخ.
- إعداد الفواتير والمطالبات والتنسيق مع مهندس التخطيط للتحديثات.
- ضمان تنفيذ التثبيت وفقًا لخطة المشروع والامتثال لمعايير QA/QC.
المؤهلات والكفاءات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية من معهد معترف به.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أدوار إدارة المشاريع ذات المسؤوليات المتزايدة، ويفضل في صناعة MEP.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، التفاوض والإبداع.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط المشاريع وإدارة الفرق.
