We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects!
Responsibilities:
- Manage project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Oversee and manage all infrastructure maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Execute and supervise all corrective and preventive maintenance activities, including monthly schedules.
- Coordinate with all relevant staff to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections of critical systems, including power systems, firefighting systems, and generator (DG) rooms, focusing on synchronizing panels.
- Ensure timely incident response, alarm resolution, and SLA adherence.
- Create and manage work orders within the OWS system.
- Prepare and manage project requirements, ensuring projects are executed efficiently.
- Coordinate team activities and manage all maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports for higher management, providing timely updates on maintenance activities and performance.
- Prepare monthly acceptance reports and secure necessary approvals.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and critical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Transferable visa within Kuwait.

- تنفيذ والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية، بما في ذلك الجداول الشهرية.
- التنسيق مع جميع الموظفين المعنيين لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بفعالية.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للأنظمة الحيوية، بما في ذلك أنظمة الطاقة وأنظمة مكافحة الحريق وغرف المولدات (DG)، مع التركيز على لوحات التزامن.
- ضمان الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث وحل الإنذارات والامتثال لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
- إنشاء وإدارة أوامر العمل ضمن نظام OWS.
- إعداد وإدارة متطلبات المشروع لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الفريق وإدارة جميع أنشطة الصيانة.
- إعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا، وتوفير تحديثات منتظمة حول أنشطة الصيانة والأداء.
- إعداد تقارير القبول الشهرية والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
المتطلبات:
- من 5 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة الصيانة.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة قوية.
- معرفة شاملة بإجراءات الصيانة والأنظمة الحيوية.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت.
