Estimation Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs for large and medium tenders, including Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Wooden Doors, Flooring, and more.
- Review and analyze tender documents, propose alternatives, and prepare accurate cost breakdowns.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to identify variations and submit variation claims.
- Prepare detailed quotes and cost analysis, ensuring compliance with statutory and environmental standards.

- مراجعة وتحليل مستندات العطاءات، واقتراح البدائل، وإعداد تفاصيل دقيقة للتكاليف.
- تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات وتفاصيل النجارة.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والمشروع لتحديد الاختلافات وتقديم مطالبات الاختلافات.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار التفصيلية وتحليل التكاليف، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير القانونية والبيئية.
