Factory Manager
- Responsible for Production Management and Maintenance of the factory, machinery and utilities.
- Factory teams and specially factory management development plans ownership
- Includes execution of the strategy, policy and processes for the efficient, effective and compliant delivery
- Serves customer deliveries out of Middle East Operations
- Implement Operations strategy in Kuwait operations and Continuous improvement
- T&O representative in the SOE, SOP, RF processes for Kuwait and first point of contact of the segment business head
- Drives continuous improvement, CAPEX and FtG program ownership
- Oversees all daily operations of the Factory from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Develops processes that will improve safety, quality and productivity
- Planning, organizing, advising and running optimum day-to-day operations of the Factory.
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Responsible for production output and product quality
