🌟 Available Positions & Role Descriptions:

1. Accountant

Manage financial records, budgeting, and reporting in compliance with company standards.
Ensure financial accuracy and assist in audits and internal controls.
Support management with strategic financial insights.

2. HR Recruiter
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
Foster a positive candidate experience and employer brand.

3. Admin Officer

Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations.
Manage documentation, scheduling, and interdepartmental communication.
Act as a central point for office coordination.

4. Executive Secretary
Support executive management with high-level administrative duties.
Manage calendars, meetings, and confidential communications.
Serve as a professional liaison within and outside the organization.

5. Office & Security Coordinator
Oversee office logistics and ensure the safety and security of personnel.
Coordinate with vendors and facility services.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.

6. Dispatcher

Coordinate field operations and schedule transportation logistics.
Ensure timely communication between teams and service providers.
Track and report on service efficiency and dispatch records.

7. Storekeeper
Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate stock records and handle requisitions.
Support procurement and stock audit processes.

8. Technical Assistant

Support engineering and technical teams in day-to-day operations.
Assist in data entry, technical documentation, and project tracking.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of technical tasks.

9. Assistant Lab Technician
Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in sample preparation.
Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Support senior technicians in analysis and reporting.

10. Engineer – Under Development
Participate in a structured engineering development program.
Gain exposure to field operations, projects, and technical systems.
Receive mentorship and hands-on training for future engineering roles.

📌 Requirements:

• Kuwaiti nationals with a passion for results and teamwork.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Oil & gas (or industrial) experience is a strong plus.

• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

1. محاسب

إدارة السجلات المالية، وإعداد الميزانيات، وإعداد التقارير وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
ضمان الدقة المالية، والمساعدة في عمليات التدقيق والضوابط الداخلية.
دعم الإدارة برؤى مالية استراتيجية.

٢. مسؤول توظيف الموارد البشرية:
إدارة عمليات التوظيف الشاملة وتفاعل المرشحين.
بناء قنوات المواهب ودعم تخطيط القوى العاملة.
تعزيز تجربة إيجابية للمرشحين وتعزيز سمعة صاحب العمل.

3. مسؤول إداري

تقديم الدعم الإداري والمكتبي لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
إدارة الوثائق والجداول الزمنية والتواصل بين الأقسام.
العمل كجهة مركزية لتنسيق العمل المكتبي.

٤. سكرتير تنفيذي:
يدعم الإدارة التنفيذية بمهام إدارية رفيعة المستوى.
يدير الجداول الزمنية والاجتماعات والاتصالات السرية.
يعمل كحلقة وصل مهنية داخل المؤسسة وخارجها.

٥. منسق المكتب والأمن:
يُشرف على لوجستيات المكتب ويضمن سلامة وأمن الموظفين.
يُنسّق مع الموردين وخدمات المرافق.
يُحافظ على الامتثال لبروتوكولات السلامة وإجراءات الطوارئ.

6. المرسل

تنسيق العمليات الميدانية وجدولة لوجستيات النقل.
ضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب بين الفرق ومقدمي الخدمات.
تتبع كفاءة الخدمة وسجلات الإرسال والإبلاغ عنها.

٧. أمين المستودع:
إدارة المخزون وضمان توافر المواد واللوازم في الوقت المناسب.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمخزون ومعالجة طلبات الشراء.
دعم عمليات الشراء وتدقيق المخزون.

8. مساعد فني

دعم الفرق الهندسية والفنية في العمليات اليومية.
المساعدة في إدخال البيانات والتوثيق الفني ومتابعة المشاريع.
ضمان دقة التقارير الفنية وتقديمها في الوقت المناسب.

٩. مساعد فني مختبر:
إجراء الفحوصات المخبرية الروتينية والمساعدة في تحضير العينات.
صيانة معدات المختبر وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة.
دعم الفنيين الرئيسيين في التحليل وإعداد التقارير.

١٠. مهندس - قيد التطوير
: شارك في برنامج تطوير هندسي مُنظّم.
اكتسب خبرة في العمليات الميدانية والمشاريع والأنظمة التقنية.
احصل على توجيه وتدريب عملي لأدوار هندسية مستقبلية.

📌 المتطلبات:
