Technical Designer
We are seeking a talented Technical Designer to join our team at Final Touches. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sabhan. As a Technical Designer, your responsibilities will include the implementation and maintenance of the IMOS system, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the system’s overall efficiency and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- IMOS System Implementation: Manage and maintain the IMOS system to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to any system-related issues.
- System Efficiency: Ensure the IMOS system is running efficiently and make necessary updates or improvements.
- Furniture Manufacturing Knowledge: Apply your knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes to optimize the system and ensure accuracy in production.
- Collaboration: Work with the design and production teams to ensure seamless integration of the system with design and manufacturing processes.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all technical specifications and standards are met in the final products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IMOS system implementation and maintenance.
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in software and system configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- الدعم الفني: تقديم الدعم الفني المستمر وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالنظام.
- كفاءة النظام: ضمان أن النظام يعمل بكفاءة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحديثه أو تحسينه.
- معرفة عمليات تصنيع الأثاث: تطبيق معرفتك بعمليات تصنيع الأثاث لتحسين النظام وضمان دقة الإنتاج.
- التعاون: العمل مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج لضمان دمج النظام بشكل سلس مع عمليات التصميم والتصنيع.
- مراقبة الجودة: المساعدة في ضمان تلبية جميع المواصفات الفنية والمعايير في المنتجات النهائية.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ وصيانة نظام IMOS.
- مهارات قوية في الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان في برامج وأنظمة التكوين.
- معرفة شاملة بـ عمليات تصنيع الأثاث و معايير الصناعة.
- انتباه دقيق للتفاصيل و مهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل و تفاعل ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال في بيئة جماعية.
- شهادات أو تدريب ذي صلة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجالات ذات صلة.
