Vacancy for B2B Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled B2B Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for logistics and inventory management, this role offers the perfect opportunity for you! You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate movement of shipments and inventory while optimizing logistical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and proper movement of shipments.
- Receive inventory, verify serial numbers, and transfer materials between warehouses while updating the ERP system.
- Prepare sales orders, pickup orders, and walk-in orders.
- Reconcile orders, identify duplicates or cancellations, and ensure shipping accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies, errors in serial numbers, or changes in device quantities with agents.
- Prepare bills and invoices and coordinate deliveries with front desk agents or delivery personnel.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Inventory management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and think critically.
- Analytical skills to optimize logistical processes.

نحن نبحث عن منسق لوجستيات B2B دقيق وماهر للانضمام إلى فريقنا. إذا كنت شغوفًا باللوجستيات وإدارة المخزون، فإن هذه الوظيفة توفر لك الفرصة المثالية! ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في ضمان الحركة الدقيقة والسلسة للشحنات والمخزون، بينما تعمل على تحسين الإجراءات اللوجستية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنسيق مزودي النقل لضمان تحرك الشحنات في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة صحيحة.
- استلام المخزون والتحقق من أرقام السلاسل ونقل المواد بين المستودعات وتحديث النظام ERP.
- إعداد أوامر المبيعات، وأوامر الاستلام، وأوامر الزوار.
- تسوية الطلبات، والتعرف على الطلبات المكررة أو الملغاة، وضمان دقة الشحن.
- حل أي تناقضات أو أخطاء في أرقام السلاسل أو تغييرات في كميات الأجهزة مع الوكلاء.
- إعداد الفواتير وإصدارها، وتنسيق عمليات التسليم مع وكلاء المكتب الأمامي أو موظفي التوصيل.
المهارات:
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
- خبرة في إدارة المخزون.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء الممتازة.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والتفكير النقدي.
- مهارات تحليلية لتحسين العمليات اللوجستية.
