IT System Support Engineer
Roles And Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Review and maintain IT system transactions.
- Ensure system consistency and ease of use for staff and managers across all access channels.
- Proactively identify service improvement opportunities and training needs.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives supporting IT systems.
- Maintain customer relations by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and preparing reports.
- Facilitate the restoration of service following issues to ensure system availability.
- Conduct periodic reviews of customer complaint trends and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to enhance IT systems.
- Identify trends, ensure data integrity, and recommend improvements for IT systems.
