Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage a team of supervisors and drivers.
- Develop, implement and monitor strategies to improve performance, reduce costs and ensure high-quality service.
- Quickly address and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports regularly and identify areas for improvement to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, laws and company standards.
- Monitor inventory and resources, and ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, transportation or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with operational software and tools and understanding of industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage complex situations efficiently.
